SheCyber Hub — an educational hub for future women leaders in cybersecurity
SheCyber Hub is a series of monthly meetings for female and male students who have chosen cybersecurity as their profession.
The project was created by the Women’s Leadership and Strategic Initiatives Foundation to inspire, teach, and support young people in building careers in the field of digital security.
Why is this important?
Women in cybersecurity not only break stereotypes — they become role models for a new generation.
We believe that live communication with women leaders in the field can:
giive participants a new perspective;
help them find their place in this field;
show real opportunities for growth in Ukraine even during the war.
Role models matter. Especially in science and technology. Girls need to see that women can be engineers, researchers, leaders. This changes their idea of who they can become.
