About Us
The Women’s Leadership and Strategic Initiatives Foundation (WLSIF) was established to provide women with opportunities to drive change in Ukraine and influence key state processes. We support female leaders who are actively developing in the fields of national security, digital transformation, cybersecurity, strategic communications, education, and innovation.
Our work focuses on empowering bold ideas led by women, strengthening their role in strategic decision-making, and shaping a new generation of leaders who will ensure the sustainable development of Ukraine.
