Our team

The Women’s Leadership and Strategic Initiatives Foundation was founded by Anastasiia and Trokhym — two people with different professional backgrounds but a shared vision for change.

Anastasiia has over ten years of experience in PR and communications, leading national and international initiatives. She understands how important it is today to support women’s leadership — not formally, but in practice.

Trokhym is a technical expert and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Informatics at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. His experience in education, management, and digital projects laid the foundation for sustainable learning programs.

Together, we founded WLSIF to provide women with real opportunities for growth, strengthen their presence in fields traditionally dominated by men, and build a community capable of shaping the future.
